PURCHASING AND BIDUSTRY IN PANDEMIC WORLD

PURCHASING AND BIDUSTRY IN PANDEMIC WORLD

The corona virus has affected industrial electrical, mechanical and civil product suppliers such as exporters, distributors, and retailers. Sales and Purchasing People are all trying to work from home, under quarantine. This situation reveals the problem of communication between sides. Inability to reach stock products and low-priced products is a situation of not reaching the right suppliers. It is a very important issue that those factories producing especially for our basic life needs have to continue their manufacturing processes!

The solution is RFQ Based Purchasing. RFQ system is different from e-commerce system. Prices are not as fixed as in the e-commerce system, because prices can be changeable  depending on a product's lead time, minimum order quantity, high order quantity, and product components.

Bidustry offers 4 main solutions at this point:

-Real-time stock information and closed price lists for 4 unit of measurement that are only available to customers by receiving offers and price list secured and only known only by suppliers,

-In addition to reaching the right prices from the right suppliers, to increase the amount with the co-purchasing organization,

-Automatic feedback to suppliers for delivery, price revision and market analysis over the closed offers, and to customers through situations such as joint purchase, material supply,

-Profiles and analysis for both parties to follow this process with graphics.

In the end, the customer will reach the right price offer with real-time stock information and equivalent products and make the right decision.

Finaly , the traditional procurement process method to continue production, unfortunately, does not work for the customer to have access to the right supplier, the right lead time, the right product, the right price and the bargaining opportunities. The post-epidemic process is particularly thought-provoking. And worse, digitalization was on everyone's agenda, but nobody predicted that it would be needed so quickly.
