Most people around the global still struggling about what are lead, prospect, Opportunity? While focusing on these, most people heard about sales enablemnent. They started to think about marketing and sales more.

Hubspot has a huge impact about creating awareness on "sales enablement". It is free training and very enlightening.

Just as the process was winding down, the issue of buyer activation started to come to the fore.

Marketing and sales okay but what about after sales processes? What about buyers want to buy themselves?

A definition:

"Buyer enablement is more about helping customers buy than it is about helping sales teams sell."

What is the difference?

Mentorship. In other words, your company should become a mentor to the customer on their own purchasing journey, especially with the help of good quality content, for people or companies that they are going to purchase themselves.

ICP is a very variable and detailed subject based on company, sector and industry.

The audience whose awareness you raise progresses on its own. To some extent, it's not specifically among your leads, but it's benefiting from your content.
